The Town of Marana, AZ selects SpryCIS as a new cloud-based Customer Information System (CIS)

SpryPoint is very pleased to announce that the Town of Marana, AZ has selected SpryPoint to implement a new cloud-based Customer Information System (CIS) and supporting operational platform. The project is part of a technology modernization initiative with a focus on providing citizens with more tools to engage with the Town. As part of this engagement, SpryPoint will be implementing the following applications:

  • SpryCIS - Customer Information System
  • SpryEngage - Customer Engagement Platform
  • SpryMobile - Mobile Field Service

Amanda Jones, Water Business Coordinator at the Town stated:

“The Town continues to grow and we expect to add 600+ additional premises each year for the foreseeable future. To help support this growth, we want a modern platform that provides our customers with greater flexibility when interacting with the Town. In addition to providing the Town with a new CIS, SpryPoint will also be implementing SpryEngage as a fully-featured customer engagement portal and SpryMobile as a mobile field service solution. Both applications are integrated out of the box with SpryCIS and will help the Town to eliminate numerous paper-driven business processes. Sprypoint’s platform is well aligned with the Town’s objectives and is designed to scale to support the needs of both smaller and larger utilities.
