After a thorough review of the current CIS market, and a completive RFP process, Chester Water Authority (CWA) of Chester, Pennsylvania has selected SpryPoint Services Inc. as its new Customer Information System (CIS), Customer Engagement Portal, and Mobile Field Operations solution provider.
