SpryPoint Services Inc. (“SpryPoint”), a leading provider of cloud solutions for utilities is very excited to announce that it has been selected by the Town of Oro Valley, AZ (the “Town”) to implement a new Customer Information System (“CIS”).

The Town’s Water Utility delivers water resources to 21,000 residential and commercial customers and is committed to long-term sustainable production and maintaining a cost-effective and environmentally sound business model. The continued growth of the Town’s customer base combined with changing expectations of functionality was the impetus for selecting new software.

Upon a diligent evaluation of Request for Proposals and a comprehensive demonstration process, the selection committee decided that SpryPoint’s platform was best aligned with the Town’s vision for the future. One of the main factors in selecting SpryPoint was the cutting-edge technology of the platform which is delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS).

In addition to implementing SpryCIS, SpryPoint will also be implementing SpryMobile, a mobile workforce application to eliminate the need for paper service orders as well as a customer engagement platform, SpryEngage, which will provide customers with a modern self-service portal that will allow customers to manage their accounts, review consumption information, make payments and a variety of other self-service features.
